Restaurant specialist / -woman (m/f)
Your tasks
- Ensure a friendly, professional and attentive service experience, including a confident knowledge of the food and beverage menu, as well as daily and special offers
- Professional advice to our guests
- Ensure communicative and success-oriented cooperation with all departments
- Proper execution of accounting transactions and settlements
- Cleanliness and order in the entire restaurant and work area

- Reception of guests at the reception
- Check-in and check-out of our guests
- Execution of daily closing and billing
- Acceptance of hotel bookings
- Advising guests on information about the surroundings and excursion destinations
- Inform guests about the hotel and our entire offer
Your profile
- You are a team player, reliable, flexible and always motivated to provide the guest with a great experience even in stressful situations
- Experience at the reception desk is advantageous, career changers will of course be trained comprehensively
