tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic operation of the hotel
- Management, leadership, motivation and development of the hotel team
- Budget planning as well as management and control of economic key figures
- Independent structuring, planning and prioritization of internal hotel work processes
- Implementation and continuous development of our quality and service standards
- Close cooperation with the management and the marketing, sales and F&B departments
- Representing the hotel and maintaining guest and business contacts
- Complaints management
- Regular reporting to the management
Your
profile
- Degree in hotel or tourism management or comparable training
- Management experience in the hotel industry
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight
- pronounced service orientation
- High social competence, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Host personality with a hands-on mentality
- High quality awareness
- Knowledge of the regional hotel market
- Team and goal-oriented management style
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office products
- Experience with POS systems and hotel software
