- Induction of new employees
- Carrying out administrative tasks
- Planning and control of goods purchasing and warehousing
- Ensuring compliance with our quality standards
- Support in the further development of our food and drinks menu
- Implementation and monitoring of compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)

- Completed training in hotel or restaurant management
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Host qualities and cordiality
- Strong leadership, organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Excellent manners and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm as a manager
- Conceptual thinking and assertiveness
- Business management understanding and responsibility
- Positive attitude and charisma
- Good language skills in German & English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and cash register systems
