• Check-out is possible until 10:00 am. Please speak to our team at reception if you wish to leave later.
• Our reception is open daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you have a question outside reception hours, our service team in the “Erzgebirgsstuben” restaurant will be happy to help you.

Culinary delights

• Breakfast
  Our extensive breakfast buffet is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the “Das Guck” restaurant on the second floor. Please contact our reception team if you would like breakfast outside these times.
• Packed lunch
  Do you need some food for your day on the Fichtelberg? We will be happy to put together an individual packed lunch for you. Please contact our service team.
• Restaurant “Erzgebirgsstuben”
  Our à la carte restaurant on the first floor welcomes you from Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 20:00. At the weekend we open from 11:00 a.m. In a cozy ambience you can enjoy traditional Erzgebirge cuisine with influences from many different countries. Mountain regions of the world. We recommend a table reservation.
• Half-board
  With our half-board option, we spoil you with a 3-course menu. The choice of menu will be presented to you on arrival and for breakfast on the following days.
  You haven’t booked half board and would like to make up for it? No problem! Talk to our team at the hotel reception.
• “Fireplace room”
  In our cozy “Kaminzimmer”, a self-service bar with chilled drinks and small snacks is available from 17:00 for a cozy evening. You will be charged according to consumption at check-out.

Wellness

• Our wellness area is located in the basement of our hotel and can be reached by elevator. An infrared cabin, a Finnish sauna and the relaxation area are at your disposal for the duration of your stay.
• Bathrobes and sauna towels are available for a deposit of € 20.00 at our hotel reception.
• Our sauna is available daily from 14:00 on request. Please simply contact reception. We prepare everything for your time out.
• The wellness area is closed at 21:00.

Entertainment

• Our playroom for young and old with dartboard, table football and toys as well as a changing table can be found on the second floor. Darts are available at reception.
• In the interest of all house guests, we ask you to keep the volume reasonable from 21:00.
• Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house for the duration of your stay. Select the “Fichtelberghaus” network on your device, accept the terms and conditions and you’re ready to go.
• We have put together a selection of books and games for you in our fireside lounge. There is also a large screen for you to watch current sporting events. If you have any questions about the service, our team at the hotel reception will be happy to help you.

Ski depot

• For the safe storage of your winter equipment, please use our underground car park.
  You will find:
  • Lockable ski and snowboard racks
  • Heated shoe racks
  • Further lockable storage options
• Please understand that the storage of skis, snowboards, toboggans, etc. is not permitted in the rooms.

Pets

• Pets are allowed in selected rooms – and expressly welcome!
• Pets are allowed on a leash in the hotel, in the restaurant “Erzgebirgsstuben” and in the “Kaminzimmer”. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant “Das Guck” or in our wellness area.
• Have you forgotten the food bowl? No problem. We’ll be happy to help.
• Does your pet also need a break and enjoy the peace and quiet & view in the room? Great! Please use the small note for the room door, which you will receive at our hotel reception on arrival.
