    • Strong communication skills and customer orientation<\/li>\n
    • Excellent manners and teamwork skills<\/li>\n
    • Enthusiasm as a manager<\/li>\n
    • Conceptual thinking and assertiveness<\/li>\n
    • Business management understanding and responsibility<\/li>\n
    • Positive attitude and charisma<\/li>\n
    • Good language skills in German & English<\/li>\n
